The majority of these builders are using the Watchdog Waterproofing System as a standard on every home they build. This not only protects the original homebuyer, it allows the 2^nd homebuyer an opportunity to transfer the warranty if time permits.
In Missouri and Illinois, if you are selling your home and your basement has leaks, you must disclose this information to the prospective homebuyer.

● "Centurion" Waterproofing System (Lifetime Warranty)-Spray applied polymer enhanced asphalt membrane (approx. 60 mil {wet} ).

● "Tuff-N-Dri" Waterproofing System (30-Year Warranty)-Spray applied polymer enhanced asphalt membrane (approx. 60mils {wet} ).

● "Watchdog" Waterproofing System (10-Year Warranty) - Spray applied polymer enhanced asphalt membrane (approx. 60mils {wet} ).

● "PolyCoat" Waterproofing System (2-Year Warranty) - Spray applied polymer enhanced asphalt membrane (approx. 30mils {wet} ).

● "Capstone" Waterproofing System - Spray applied above grade "Gray" membrane that is U.V. stable and paintable.

● "Horizon" Waterproofing System-Finished above grade insulation board.

Foundation Drainage Service:

● Hydro-Channel- Interior Drainage System that provides protection on the footing at the cove.
● Strip Drain- Exterior Foundation Drainage System that is code approved, no rock backfill is required.
● Sump Pit- Wrapped in geo textile fabric to prevent debris from entering sump pit.
